Travel Planning Process

Step 1: Travel Inquiry Form & Chat

To get started, you’ll complete a quick info form so I learn about the trip you’ve been dreaming up. The information on this form also helps me to learn where you want to go, the type of trip you are looking for, and your budget. After completing the form, I’ll send you a link to book your complimentary call so that we can talk in detail about your trip and my custom travel planning process.

Step 2: Research (for me!) & Proposal Delivery

If you choose to move forward with my travel planning services, I begin to plan your trip! I’ll do all the research and put together a custom proposal that includes all the accommodation, transportation, and activity details.

Step 3: Bookings & Travel!

Once the proposal is approved, I’ll move forward and begin booking your accommodations, activities, and transportation excluding flights for you. As your trip approaches, I’ll ensure everything is confirmed for you. Ahead of departure, you’ll get access to a mobile itinerary so that you can easily pull up details on your trip while you are away.
